About Norva
Norva is a small independent shop for the things that quietly make a day run better — a peeler that actually grips, a lamp that dims the way you want it to, a mop that fits behind the fridge.
What we sell
We are not a specialist store, and we do not pretend to be. We sell across the home: kitchen tools, lighting, cleaning gear, drinkware, tech accessories and cooling. What ties it together is a filter, not a category — we only list something if it does one useful job properly.
How we choose products
Every product is ordered and used before it goes on the site. We look at three things: does it solve a real annoyance, is it built well enough to last past the first month, and is it priced fairly for what it is. Plenty of items do not make it past that. When something starts generating complaints, we pull it.
How we ship
We work with a network of fulfilment partners so we can carry a wide range without holding warehouses of stock. That keeps our prices lower, and it means delivery takes a little longer than a next-day retailer — typically 6–12 business days in the EU. If something goes wrong
You get 30 days to return anything, and a full refund if it is not right. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we cover the return shipping and replace it or refund you — your call. No arguing, no restocking fees.
Who you are dealing with
Norva is run by a small team based in Sainte Luce, Martinique. There is no call centre. Emails come to us and we answer them, usually within one business day.
